Balanced Rock
Balanced Rock is one of my favorite hikes in Big Bend National Park in Texas. The formation is significant; you can walk underneath it to see through a window to the other side of the park. The vibrant colors reflected in the early dawn light created beautiful shadows that inspired this piece in the Chihuahuan Desert.
This 18”x24”x1.5” oil painting on stretched canvas includes a raw maple floater frame. It can be hung on the wall as part of a set or individually as a stand-alone feature. Please allow ten days for processing times in the studio and select the “Medium Art” option at checkout if shipping. Each painting is carefully packed with white glove service and securely packed for travel to its final destination. Whether more or less, final shipping costs will be calculated upon receipt of the destination address. This painting can also be picked up at the Studio.
