Reflections in Color

The practice of centering my mind by painting with a limited color palette is helping me center my thoughts and get into the creative zone during this painting challenge. It’s like warming up for a basketball game by shooting a few hoops. You may start out thinking about all of the distractions, but you gain focus through the process.

This painting is an original 10”x10”x1.5” acrylic painting on stretched canvas and includes a maple floater frame. It can be hung on the wall as is or put in a lovely reveal frame. It would be perfect in a reading nook or at a bedside table, and you pause to reflect on your day. Please note that the colors in this painting are shown as accurately as possible, but colors vary from screen to screen, so slight variations when viewing in person are expected.
